Project Reports and Acknowledgement¶
Reporting Requirements¶
The following reporting requirements apply based on the type of project:
- Testing projects (approved January 2025 and later): A brief technical report must be submitted after project completion.
- Standard projects: A final report is required upon project completion.
- Publications and other outputs: All related research outputs must be documented and must include the required acknowledgment.
Final Report Submission Guidelines¶
1. Log in to your user account and open the relevant project.
2. In the top menu, select “Edit”.
Technical Report
A short Technical Report must be submitted within one month after project completion via the User Portal. If data from the testing project was used in a publication, thesis, or other outputs, additional documentation can also be uploaded.
3. To upload the Technical Report click the Add New Content button under the Technical Report section.
- Upload the Technical Report file in the specified format.
- Optionally, fill in the feedback section.
- To submit other outputs (publications, thesis, etc.) select “Project Outputs” and choose the output type and provide the necessary details.
Final Report
Final Report must be submitted within two months after project completion via the User Portal.
3. To upload the Final Report click the Add New Content under the Final Report section.
- Complete all required sections.
- Upload the Research Results file in the specified format.
- To submit other outputs (publications, thesis, etc.) select “Project Outputs” and choose the output type and provide the necessary details.
Time Delay
The system may take a few seconds to generate the form for adding new content. Please be patient.
Data Confidentiality
Reports will not be published without the author’s written consent.
